Superb central location, accessibility for shopping, well-maintained public areas

The air conditioning system is a joke!!! Instead of real AC, guests get central air that barely works. The noise from nearby street activities can be unbearable. Improvements in soundproofing and room temperature control would be hugely beneficial!!!

Hotel Liabeny boasts an excellent location near major attractions and offers modern, clean rooms. I'd definitely recommend staying here for its convenience and cleanliness. Perfect for exploring Madrid!

The location was unbeatable! We could easily walk to all the sights. Only downside was the noise from the street at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep. 😅

I had a nice comfy room with a huge bed and good shower. The staff were super polite and helped me out with directions. The buffet breakfast was awesome! Only thing was the elevator was kinda slow, which made mornings a bit hectic.

The room temperature control needs a reality check. it’s either too hot or stuffy, and the air conditioning didn't deliver. I had to switch rooms due to discomfort from the heat only to find the shower in that room unstable. Additionally, cramped bathrooms can lead to awkward moments, especially with the toilet and bidet situated too closely together for comfort. Lastly, the lack of basic amenities like a kettle in the room feels like a miss for a place aiming for four stars.
